We accept returns within 45 days of delivery for unused, unwashed items in their original packaging.
Items must be free of stains, odors, hair, damage, or signs of use. We are unable to accept returns on items that have been slept on, washed, or used in any way.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at support@artelihome.com and we'll make it right at no cost to you.
Email us at support@artelihome.com within 45 days of delivery. Please include your order number and reason for return. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with return instructions.
Customer pays return shipping unless the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect. In those cases, we'll cover the cost.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
