Refund policy

60-Day Satisfaction Guarantee We want you to love your ARTELI bedding! If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you have 60 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unwashed, unused, and in its original packaging. Due to hygiene standards, we cannot accept returns on bedding that has been washed or used.

Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

How to Start a Return To start a return, contact us at artelibrand@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we will send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.

Refunds We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
